What has Dish said about Celero5G so far?

Now, the company has also said that it will be giving buyers of its exclusive, self-branded phone a free phone case with purchase. But it hasn’t necessarily laid out all of the details and specs for the handset just yet. The phone will utilize a MediaTek Dimensity SoC. Specifically, the MediaTek MT6833. It will also come with a 6.52-inch display, no fewer than four cameras, a claimed 36 hours of battery life, 4GB of RAM, and a microSD card slot for expanding on the 64GB of storage. The battery is reported as a 4,000 mAh capacity component with support for 15W fast charging. Otherwise, the company has only revealed that the new handset is being built by one of the largest OEMs and which 5G bands will be supported. Namely, two 5G bands from its network including AT&T’s 5G network in early 2022. As well as Dish’s own 5G network, once the company has gotten that ready to go. Dish Network’s first 5G network is planned for the fourth quarter of this year in Las Vegas. The image included with the news also seems to point to a triple-camera array at the back and a punch-hole selfie snapper. That’s as opposed to four snappers at the back.

Pricing & availability

In terms of pricing and availability, Dish Network has indicated that both new and existing Boost Mobile customers will be able to snag the Celero5G with the added perks listed above. Additionally, the Android handset will start out at pre-order with a price of just $279. Making it one of the most high-value 5G handsets on the market from launch. And that’s even without the included unlimited plan from the carrier or the free protective case.
