The Pixel 6a unboxing video shows the device itself, and the contents of the box
The Pixel 6a is scheduled to go on sale at the end of next month (July). So, this unboxing video comes ahead of time, and it’s a leak of sorts. It will show you the box itself, the device, and a glimpse of what lies inside the box itself. This video comes from a user called ‘anjangz’, but it has been removed from the platform. It got reuploaded to YouTube by Notebookcheck, though. That’s the video embedded below Now, the variant that got unboxed here is the Charcoal one, in other words, the darkest color variant of the phone. A USB-C cable, and a USB-C adapter are also included in the box, and you’ll also notice the hard-to-miss ‘Google Tensor’ branding. As already mentioned, the Pixel 6a got announced last month. So, we know the details at this point. The device will become available in three color variants, Charcoal, Chalk, and Sage.
The Pixel 6a is smaller than the Pixel 6, but it has a similar design
The phone looks like the Pixel 6, but it’s smaller than Google’s flagship. This phone has a 6.1-inch display, unlike the 6.4-inch panel on the Pixel 6. It also has a smaller camera visor on the back. The Pixel 6a is fueled by the Google Tensor SoC, and it comes with 6GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB of UFS 3.1 flash storage. So, Google also upgraded RAM and storage chips compared to the Pixel 5a 5G. It includes a 6.1-inch fullHD+ OLED display, which is flat. The phone is IP67 certified for water and dust resistance, while it will ship with Android 12 out of the box. Stereo speakers are included as well. A 12.2-megapixel main camera is backed by a 12-megapixel ultrawide camera. A single 8-megapixel camera can be found on the phone’s front side. The device also includes a 4,410mAh battery, and supports 18W wired charging. Wireless charging is not supported.
