This should be taken with a grain of salt, as this is leaked information about future devices. Some of these phones still have their codenames, so you know that they’re still in early production. Just because they’re included in the roadmap doesn’t mean that we’ll definitely see them.
Motorola is releasing several more phones in 2022
The first phone on the list is codenamed “Devon”. It’s expected to be the Moto G32 and occupy the budget phone market. The phone could have a 6.49-inch 120Hz 1080p+ display. It could use the Snapdragon 680 SoC, 4GB-6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. As for the camera, it could have a 50MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro. Next, the company could release another version of Devon, but this one might be able to use 5G. Instead of using a Snapdragon SoC, this one could use a 5G-enabled MediaTek chip. Most of the specs are the same except for the cameras. It will have a 64MP main shooter, and it swaps out the ultrawide camera for a 2MP depth sensor. The next phone is codenamed “Tundra”. This one will be more premium with a 6.55-inch POLED display at 1080p+ resolution and 144Hz. It’ll use the Snapdragon 888+ SoC, have 6GB, 8GB, or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. This is a phone that’s in the Edge series of phones, and it looks like it’s made for the Chinese market. It could have a 50MP main camera with a 13MP ultrawide/macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. Lastly, we have a pair of phones codenamed “Maui” and “Victoria”. Maui has a 720P display, a MediaTek Helio G37, and 3GB of RAM. So, this device is meant for the budget market. It could have a 50MP main camera accompanied by a 2MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensor. As for Victoria, this phone will have a 1080p+ display between 4GB and 8GB of RAM and an unidentified MediaTek processor. This one is expected to have a different camera setup for different variants.
