The first video, titled “Galaxy x BTS: Unfold your world with Z Flip 4,” highlights the new experience offered by Samsung’s latest clamshell foldable. It features the band’s popular track “Yet To Come (The Most Beautiful Moment)”. The company showed a glimpse of the video during the Galaxy Unpacked on Wednesday. Samsung says that the song signifies a great social message, that “no matter how the future unfolds, by dreaming big, our best moments are still yet to come.” The Galaxy Z Flip 4 significantly improves the foldable experience over the preceding model. The external screen now lets you more than ever. Samsung’s Flex Mode also enables a whole new way of using smartphones. And there’s the style element of the clamshell foldable. The Bora Purple color somewhat matches the previous BTS Edition Galaxies and the company is giving it a special promotion. It has even replaced its YouTube logo with a Bora Purple background.
Samsung’s iconic Over the Horizon ringtone also features on the billboards
The other video that Samsung is showcasing at the aforementioned five places is the “Over the Horizon 2022 by SUGA of BTS” ringtone. It’s a reimagined version of the company’s iconic tune that SUGA participated in producing last year. If you happen to walk by any of these digital signages, you can scan the QR code on them to play the two exclusive videos on your smartphone. The videos will play in sync with the big screen. Samsung has high hopes that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will drive its foldable sales. The company is pushing to make these unconventional smartphones mainstream and the clamshell foldable needs to sell well for that. It has proved more popular than the Fold series. It’s a lot more affordable, starting at $999 over the $1,799 base price of the Galaxy Z Fold 4. The firm is aiming to sell about 15 million combined units of the two. The early sales numbers should start coming in a couple of months after the devices go on sale.
